Model Railway Show
The first Costwold Model Railway Show was held in Eastcombe Scout Hall, June 2006, to raise money for their disabled entrance and re-modeling of the hall interior. We were so succesful the show has become an annual event held jointly between the Eastcombe Scouts & Guides, Gloucester Model Railway Club and Phoenix Model Railway Club.
Giles and Sarah both had their layouts at that first show, and Giles has designed all of the brochures and leaflets since 2007, with the new logo designed by Maxine Walburn above. The website was first launched in 2009. The aim of the website is threefold: To advertise the show, to be a database of the layouts exhibited there and as a gateway for the sponsors.
