Giles Walburn

Giles studied ‘C’ Programming Cirencester College. He currently programs in: XHTML/PHP/ASP3/MySQL/MS ACCESS/JAVASCRIPT/JQUERY and C/COCOA.

For fun and school projects he was introduced to programming during his early teens, learning Basic and machine code for the BBC Micro computer programs, this helped the creation of Selig Software. Now known as Seligsoft, it has become the vessel for a passion of quality websites and themes based on the popular WordPress platform.

After qualifying in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management in the early 90′s, Giles performed management roles in both hotel and catering hire trades. While he was working for R&R Catering Hire Ltd he found himself designing the works website, was involved in updating the FoxPro invoicing and diary system and redesigned all the printed stationary.

Giles’ hobbies include railway modelling, exhibition organising, visiting railways either in model form or 12″ to the foot scale all over the world. Giles and his best man John Freer started full time in 2012-13 selling products and information they both invent for modellers under elite baseboards, all trading through Seligsoft Limited, incorporated in 2010.
